Whether preparing to sell your home, planning a remodel or redesigning a space, I am here to serve you! Growing up flipping houses with my parents taught me to make the most of a space while staying under budget. Since 2001, Ben and I have bought and sold multiple houses to meet the needs of our growing family. During this time, friends and family asked for advice or a custom piece of furniture and Guided Design was born.
Whether a short 90 minute consultation or a full hands on staging with remodeling, I’m driven to serve each client to help and transform their desire into reality. Details for each step of the process are outlined below!

Step one
A design consultation is the first step to achieving your ideal space!
At the consultation we'll walk around your home and view the areas you'd like to improve.
We'll discuss ideas and solutions to move you toward your goals. This includes ways to update:
furniture placement, finishes (paint, flooring, lighting), as well as accessorizing.
$100 for a 90 minute Consultation
*Additional time may be added by ½ hour as needed ($30 per additional ½ hour).
*A travel fee may be applied to areas outside a15 mile radius of Jordan, MN.
Gather your ideas and questions together to prepare for getting the most from your consultation.
Here are things you can do and think about in preparation for our in person consultation:

What do you currently like about the space?

What is the look and feel that you want?

Go to Pinterest and start a board of photos that you like…what it is that you like in each photo?

How do you want to use the space?

How much help do you want? Do you just want advice and ideas, or do you want a full design plan?

Schedule during a time with the least amount of distractions. This will enable you to focus and get those creative juices flowing!

Don’t plan on anything after our scheduled time in case we need more time to chat!

What is your budget?
You were able to get all the information and ideas that you
needed and don’t need any additional services beyond
the consultation.
This hands-on service is where I would physically do work inside your home. This may include moving furniture, rearranging decor, selecting new decor pieces including
lighting/fixtures for your home.
This service is offered at
an hourly rate
($75/hour - minimum of 2 hours)
or based on your set budget.
*A travel fee may be applied to areas outside
a 15 mile radius of Jordan, MN.
*Any new items are not included in the hourly fee.
This is where we permanently change physical features in your home like adding shiplap, updating fireplace surrounds, or creating built - ins.
We will create a custom estimate for your custom project.
